Norman Company is a full-service office furnishings dealership based in Fort Smith, Arkansas servicing the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley areas. As an owner operated company in its third generation of family ownership, Josh Norman, President, and Howard Norman, former President and second generation owner, are actively involved in each project, both initially and on an ongoing basis. The Norman Company’s team is enthusiastic, aggressive, and intensely committed to success and growth built on absolute customer satisfaction.
Purpose
Norman Company is in the business of providing a better work environment for our customers. We have organized teams comprised of sales, project managers, designers and administrative personnel, each team with a minimum of 35 years of experience in the office furniture business.
In addition to our product offering, we provide a complete package of services from design, space planning, installations and reconfigurations to asset management and warehousing. We’re problem solvers. We care about our customers. We Listen.
Profile
Founded in 1948 by Morris Norman, Norman Company has a longstanding and rich history in the contract furniture industry and is the oldest and largest Haworth dealership serving the Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith areas.
Norman Company operates showrooms in Bentonville and Fort Smith with over 22,000 square feet of working showroom and available warehouse space fostering a more comprehensive and convenient customer service experience.
Committment
The relationships the Norman Company has developed with its clients cannot be understated. A relationship begins with initial contact. It is not the sale, however, that drives the relationship.
