Project Management
Project Management encompasses coordinating and driving all aspects of the project to successful installation. Developing the project plan and project schedule and communicationg and coordinating this information directly to clients, architects, contractors and installers; managing all necessary resources; interfacing directly with the factory representative to obtain lead times, ship dates and order status; and maintaining all necessary documentation are included in this phase.
